Overview
Our team was assigned the task of rethinking the entire product, from development and design to research. We have designed a new iOS app that displays off-market listings. The app features a complex map system that dynamically updates as the user pans around.
Challenges
Due to privacy laws, the only way to reach homeowners is through email advertisements, web ads, and physical mail. Based on our user study, we focused on postcards. Our app allows realtors to create dynamic postcards with handwritten letters through our automated system.

Upon receiving a postcard, we developed a website that enables users to review offers from agents and express their interest. In addition, We have conducted multiple user studies on all aspects of the project to ensure that our design process is always user-centric. Our approach includes usability testing and competitor analysis, and is informed by data and testing, so you can trust our process.
